摘 要:快速、有效地获取植被覆盖状况信息是三峡库区生态恢复和建设的关键与重点。该文针对三峡库区地形复杂的特点,在FCD Mappingmodel的原理和方法基础上,构造了可以削弱影像阴影和土壤背景影响的复合植被指数(VBSI),并采用像元二分模型方法将VBSI指数转换为植被覆盖度;然后利用TM影像,对秭归县的植被覆盖度提取进行了应用研究。研究结果表明,从1999年到2004年研究区高植被覆盖面积增加了53.07km2,占国土面积的比例提高了2.19%,这与其加大水土保持治理力度有着重要关系。Accurate and rapid monitoring of vegetation fraction conditions is a key factor in the ecological restoration and construction in Three Gorge Areas.Based on the Forest Canopy Density(FCD)mapping model, VBSI is proposed in this paper that can decrease the interferences from mountain shadows,soil background,rocks and building.Furthermore,dimidiate pixel model is one of the good transformation methods from VI to vegetation fraction,which can apply to images from different phases.Finally,vegetation fraction in 1999 and 2004 was estimated by VBSI and dimidiate pixel model base on Landsat TM imagery data in Zigui County,Hubei Province, China.The results show that the coverage of high vegetation fraction in the study area increases by 53.07 km 2 ,or an increase of 2.19%of the total land area from 1999 to 2004,which is correlative with the work of soil and water conservation in recent years in Zigui County.
