摘 要:针对当前大都市郊区基本农田保护面临的突出问题,立足于未来,借助GIS对现行规划基本农田进行空间优化。以北京市房山区为例,考虑区域未来建设发展和生态环境保护对基本农田保护的影响,选取现状地类、坡度、土地污染、地质灾害、城镇和基础设施建设等影响因子,结合GIS空间分析,采取先排除,后补充的方法,使房山区规划基本农田在数量结构和空间布局上得到了优化,为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编中的大都市郊区基本农田规划提供了一个科学可行的技术途径。Aiming at the present prominent problems of basic farmland protection in suburb of metropolis,spatial optimization of basic farmland can be fulfilled with the help of GIS based on future demand.In this research Fangshan District in Beijing is taken as a case.With the consideration of the influence of development and ecological environment protection on basic farmland protection,firstly land use types,slope,land pollution,geology calamity and construction of infrastructure and urban are selected as influence factors.And then based on GIS spatial analysis,through removing the unqualified plots and supplementing the qualified,the basic farmland is optimized in composition and spatial arrangement.This research provides a scientific and feasible technical approach for basic farmland planning in suburb of metropolis in the new comprehensive land use planning.
