农用地分等成果在土地整理项目分析和评价中的应用

摘　　要：为探索如何更有效的将农用地分等成果应用于土地整理中,该文开展了将土地自然质量等、土地利用系数、土地经济系数等农用地分等成果运用到土地整理前期规划分析和实施后效果评价等方面的研究;并以广东省潮汕平原揭东县为例,对揭东县的土地整理项目实施的绩效进行了评价,提出了该区域内土地整理项目所存在问题和调整方向;采用的研究方法主要有文献资料法和比较研究法;研究的结果表明该项目区在实施土地整理项目后效益明显。农用地分等成果可以被充分的应用于土地整理项目分析和绩效评价中。Aiming to explore the way to apply the agricultural land classification achievements efficiently in land rearrangement,this paper studies the application of agricultural land classification achievements like land classification of natural quality,utilization and economic coefficients of land in early planning for land consolidation and assessing the efficiency of related projects after implementing the plan.By taking Jiedong,Chaoshan Plain,Guangdong province as a case,performance assessment on the implementation of land consolidation project in Jiedong is conducted;problems lying in the project and orientation of adjustment are then proposed in this paper.Methods employed include documentation and comparative analysis.The result shows that land consolidation project is effective,which thus suggests that agricultural land classification achievements could be fully used in the analysis and assessment of land consolidation project.
