摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯为原料,盐酸为催化剂制备了用于耐高温封孔处理的SiO_2溶胶,封孔处理后的涂层致密,表面光洁度好。对封孔前后涂层性能的测试表明:经过封孔后,大幅度提高涂层耐酸和耐高温性能,增强了涂层对基材的保护作用。Taking HCl as catalyzer,silica sol were prepared with the tetraethyl orthosilicate sol-gel (TEOS).The sol was used for sealing treatment spraying coating at high temperature,the density and surface finish quality of coating was improved.The test result of the performance before and after coating sealing treatment shows that the resistance to acid and the resistance to corrosion at high temperature are improved greatly after sealing;meanwhile,the protection of coating on matrix is intensified by coating sealing reagent.
