循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管防磨效果研究

摘　　要：介绍了循环流化床锅炉水冷壁易磨损区域以及磨损的机理。对常用水冷壁防磨措施(包括超音速电弧喷涂,覆盖耐火耐磨浇筑料,采用防磨护瓦,调整运行参数等)进行了比较。The easy worn out region of circulating fluidized bed boiler and the mechanism of wear-out are introduced. A comparison between the wall of commonly used anti-wear measures(including supersonic arc spraying,covering fire for wear-resistant pouring expected,the use of anti-wear for Watts,adjusted operating parameters,etc.) had been studied.
