摘　　要：森林资源调查是构建森林资源监测体系的信息源。该文以PDA(掌上电脑)为硬件,通过嵌入式编程开发,研发了掌上森林资源周查系统,充分发挥了PDA强大的数据采集、处理和存贮功能,结合地理信息系统(GIS)技术对森林调查工作的失量数据和影像数据实现了移动式管理,将森林资源调查工作的野外采集从单纯的属性数据采集提升为根据现地实际情况进行属性、空间数据的同步采集。在提高了森林资源调查工作效率的同时,提高了数据的准确性和安全性。Forest resource inventory is the data source of constructing forest resources monitoring system.Based on PDA,using embedded programming,a palm inventory system of forest resources was achieved.With PDA's powerful data collection,processing and storage functions combined with GIS (geographical information system),a mobile management of vector and raster data obtained from forest investigation was realized. Outdoor acquisition of forest resources inventoiy was improved from attribute data collection to simultaneous acquisition of attribute data and spatial data.Correspondingly,efficiency of forest resources inventory and accuracy and security of data were improved.
