陕西省华阴市华西镇沼气发展创新途径探索

摘　　要：在能源稀缺、环境压力日趋加重的环境条件下,发展农村沼气,不但符合发展循环经济、构建和谐社会、实现可持续发展的大方向,而且可以推动农业和农村可持续发展,增加农民收入。华阴地区沼气能源发展面临认识不足、服务体系不健全、建池技术跟不上、综合利用不高、经费短缺等问题。要实现农村沼气效益最大化,可考虑建立完善的服务体系、提高沼气综合利用效率,并综合利用政治、经济、法律等措施,以确保农村沼气的可持续发展。The development of methane in rural areas is not only in line with developing the recycle economy,constructing the harmonious society,and achieving sustainable development,but also help promote development of sustainable agriculture and rural area,increase the income of peasants in the energy scarcity and pressure on the environment increasingly conditions.There are many problems in this areas,such as insufficient understanding、the imperfectness of service system,backwardness of construction technology,insufficient of comprehensive utilization,the shortage of investment.in order to achieve maximum efficiency and insure sustainable development of rural methane,it is necessary to consider establishing a perfect service system and improving the methane efficiency of comprehensive utilization,together with the integrating administrative,economic legal means and so on.
