包钢重轨连铸坯生产新技术的应用

摘　　要：文章介绍了包钢炼钢厂生产重轨的工艺及设备情况,着重讨论了5#铸机生产重轨的实践及其相关新技术和先进设备应用。尤其采用动态配水及动态轻压下技术后,连铸坯内部质量明显提高,达到了时速350 km高速轨的技术要求。This article introduces the technical flow and equipment for heavy rail production in the Steel-making Plant of Baotou Steel.It discusses the practical heavy rail production of No.5 casting machine and the application of new technology and equipment.After the dynamic water control for secondary cooling and dynamic soft reduction were adopted,the interior quality of bloom was improved obviously,and can meet the requirements that the speed of heavy rail reaches 350 km/h.
