摘　　要：印尼需要一批高硬度钢轨铺在该国小半径大运量的地段。我们在UIC54钢轨成分的基础上加入适当的Cr、V对钢轨进行强化,配之以合适的淬火工艺生产出满足印尼要求的钢轨,该批钢轨具有较高的硬度和强度,耐磨性好,深受印尼铁路公司的欢迎。Indonesian Railway Co.needed a batch of high hardness steel rail to lay on the rail line which was short radius and heavy transportation.According to present conditions,Baotou Steel adopted chemistry composition design methods and suitable quenching procedure to improve the hardness and strength to meet the requirements of bidding documents.That batch of rail steel has high hardness and intensity,the wearability is good,wins warm praise from Indonesian Railway Co.
