摘 要:高层混合结构中竖向构件材料性质差异所导致的竖向变形差异的影响不可避免,因此在设计中需要加以考虑。本文将混合结构的外框架柱和内核心筒墙体均视为单柱,不考虑梁板对其影响,根据单柱构件分时段分步骤加载,考虑每层参考点的竖向位移。结合工程实际,对混合结构的一种典型形式钢框架-钢筋混凝土筒体结构,设计了计算模型。采用FORTRAN语言编制了计算程序,对模型进行了分析。分析表明:施工中内筒的收缩和徐变产生的竖向位移所占总位移的近2/3;相对湿度在50%~80%间变化对竖向差异影响较为明显;配筋率和混凝土强度在减小竖向差异中实用性较小;延长主体的施工工期可以减小结构投入使用后的竖向差异;竖向差异产生的附加内力对结构构件的设计内力存在一定影响。High-rise mixed structure is inevitably affected by different shortening of vertical members because of their dissimilar natures,which should be taken into account in design.This paper treats exterior frame column and interior core wall as a separate column,ignoring the effects of frame beams and plates,and calculates vertical deformation of reference point per floor basing on loading a single column step by step.Associating with engineering practice,a computational model of steel frame-reinforced concrete core wall structure is designed,and a program generated by FORTRAN Language is used to analyze it.It can be indicated that: in construction process,the shrinkage and creep displacement accounts for total's 2/3;relative humidity ranging from 50%~80% influences different shortening greatly;reinforcement ratio and concrete strength grade have little practicality to reduce different shortening;extending major structure's construction period can reduce different shortening in subsequent application period;the added internal moment and shear force have a definite effect on the designed,respectively.
