摘 要:对两组配有蒙皮钢筋的混凝土梁进行了正截面抗弯性能的对比试验,研究这种配筋方式对高强钢筋混凝土梁变形及裂缝宽度的影响。试验结果表明,配置蒙皮钢筋的混凝土受弯梁的受力特征与普通钢筋混凝土梁相同,蒙皮钢筋的配置能够有效地减小受弯构件的整体变形,限制裂缝的开展宽度,可作为控制构件裂缝宽度的一种新型配筋方式。同时在试验的基础上,提出了配置蒙皮钢筋的混凝土受弯构件挠度计算公式,该公式的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。In order to investigate the behavior of welded wire fabric,experimental research on two groups of concrete flexural beams with such steel bars has been performed.The deflection and crack width of the tested beams at service loads are analyzed.From the test results,it is indicated that concrete beams with welded wire fabric can work well as the common RC flexural members,welded wire fabric can reduce the deflection and crack width of tested beams.Therefore,it can be used as one of the new kinds of reinforcement to control crack.Finally,on the basis of the experimental results,a formula which can be used to calculate the deflection of the concrete beams with welded wire fabric has been given out.The calculated results are in good agreement with experimental results.
