摘　　要：根据平衡计分卡(BSC)的基本原理,对大学科技园从科技园的运作与管理、学习与成长,到财务绩效和科技园顾客等四个维度构建大学科技园绩效评价指标体系,并基于绩效评价信息的灰色性和模糊性特点,运用灰色模糊理论,建立大学科技园绩效评价模型。According to the Balanced Scorecard（BSC） of the basic principle,this paper tends to build university science park performance evaluation system from four dimensions,namely,operation and management,learning and growth,financial performance and customer,and establish a Performance Evaluation Model of University Science Park based on fuzzy-gray theory.
