摘　　要：本文阐述基建技术监督对火电建设工程质量的保证作用,介绍在开展全过程基建技术监督中发现的重大质量问题及处理措施,同时举一反三地提出一系列预控措施及合理化建议,对确保该火电建设工程质量和安全效果明显。This paper elaborates the assurance role of technical supervision on construction quality of the thermal power constructure engineering,focusing on the major quality problems and the appropriate treatment measures during the whole process construction technical supervision for the 600MW subcritical parameter units.In accordance with problems emerging in other projects or units,a series of precautions and proposals are put forword to ensure the construction quality and safety of the thermal power plants.
