摘  要:某电厂各机组FGD系统产出的石膏品质均出现不合格现象,通过详细调查和系统分析,发现吸收剂石灰石的活性低、杂质碳酸镁含量过高是引起该现象的根本原因,通过采取加大废水的排放量、置换浆液以及更换高活性的石灰石等措施,使石膏品质达到了设计要求。Based on the correlative data,the phenomenon of the poor quality gypsum,which were produced by the FGD system in given power plant,is interpreted in detail.The analysis results show that low activity and impurity of limestone are the main reason,which caused the poor soluble ability of calcium carbonate.The Mg2+ content was decreased by enhancing the wastewater discharge and/or replacing the slurry in desulfurization tower and the desulfurization efficiency was improved by using the high activity limestone.After adopting these methods,the gypsum quality reached the disign requirements.
