某石化企业苯接触工人职业健康监护分析

摘　　要：目的探讨某石油化工企业苯接触工人的健康状况及苯对工人健康影响的特点,为企业制定健康监护策略和采取有效措施保护工人身体健康提供依据。方法对该企业工作场所空气中苯浓度进行监测和对苯接触工人进行职业健康监护,将该企业不接触苯的工人作为内对照,对健康监护资料进行统计分析。结果该企业职业健康监护691人,查出各种异常者549人,异常率为79.45%,苯接触工人的白细胞计数下降人数与对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.10,P<0.01)。结论从事苯作业的工人出现比较明显的神经系统症状,并有外周血液系统的改变,需要依法加强对苯作业工人的健康监护并改善劳动环境。[Objective]To study the health status of benzene-exposed workers in a petrochemical enterprise and the influence characteristics of benzene on workers＇ health,provide the evidence for making the health care strategies and carrying out the effective measures for workers＇ health. [Methods]The benzene concentration in the air of workshops was monitored,and the occupational health surveillance was conducted in benzene-exposed workers.The workers who have not been exposed to benzene in the same enterprise were selected as the control group.The data of health surveillance were analyzed statistically. [Results]Among 691 workers who received the occupational health surveillance,the abnormal results were found in 549 workers,and the abnormal rate was 79.45%.There was a significant difference in number of workers with decrease of leukocyte count between the benzene-exposed group and the control group（χ~2=10.10,P0.01）. [Conclusion]The obvious neurological symptoms and peripheral blood system changes were found in benzene-exposed workers.It is necessary to strengthen the health surveillance in benzene-exposed workers and improve their working environment.
