摘　　要：目的了解职业女性生殖健康状况,为进一步开展健康教育和妇女保健工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对江门市某银行各支行女性职员209人进行常规妇科检查、宫颈涂片、乳腺检查,并完成调查问卷。结果妇科疾病总检出人数为154人,总体检出率为73.7%。乳腺疾病检出率为37.8%,宫颈炎检出率为25.8%,阴道炎检出率为20.6%,年龄组间检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业女性的生殖健康状况不容乐观,应引起有关人员及部门的重视,要加大生殖健康保健的宣传教育力度,提高其自我保健意识;开展生殖健康综合服务,维护和促进女性健康。[Objective]To understand the reproductive health status of professional women,provide the scientific basis for further implementation of health education and women health care. [Methods]With cluster random sampling,209 female employees from all branches of a bank in Jiangmen city received conventional gynecologic examination,cervical smear examination and breast examination,and were asked to fill the questionnaire. [Results]The total detection rate of gynecologic diseases was 73.7%（154/209）.The detection rate of breast diseases,cervicitis and vaginitis was 37.8%,25.8% and 20.6%,respectively.There were significant differences in the detection rates among different age groups（P0.05）. [Conclusion]The reproductive health status of professional women is not optimistic,and the relevant officers and departments should pay attention to this problem.It is necessary to strengthen the education of reproductive health to enhance their self-health care consciousness,and implement the comprehensive service for reproductive health to maintain and promote women＇ health.
