摘 要:以非洲山毛豆毛油为原材料,分别讨论超碱量、NaOH质量分数、碱炼温度和时间对山毛豆毛油脂脱酸效果的影响。在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析法对山毛豆毛油脂脱酸工艺进行优化,得到山毛豆油脂碱炼脱酸最佳工艺条件为:超碱量0.27%,NaOH质量分数18.1%,温度61.4℃,时间39min。该条件下精炼率为87.14%,脱酸率为91.63%,POV值为6.45mmol/kg,综合评分为91.73,与模型预测值91.49相差0.26%,试验证明,响应面法对山毛豆油脱酸工艺条件进行优化是可行的,得到的脱酸条件具有实际应用价值。With raw materials of T.vogelii Hook f.seed oil,the effects of ultra-alkali consumption,NaOH mass fraction,alkali refining temperature and time on deacidifying process have been researched.On the basis of single factor tests,the method of response surface analysis(RSA) was adopted to optimize the deacidifying process of T.vogelii Hook f.seed oil to obtain the optimum conditions for the deacidifying process of tephrosia vogelii Hook f.seed oil,such as ultra-alkali of 0.27%,NaOH mass fraction of 18.1%,temperature of 61.4 ℃ and processing time of 39 min.Under these conditions,the refining yield reached 87.14%,the deacidifying rate reached 93.69%,POV value reached 6.45 mmol/kg and synthesizing evaluation score reached 91.73.The experimental values were in close agreement with the predicted value(91.49) with the difference of 0.26%.Experiments showed that the RSA was feasible for the optimization technology of the deacidification process and the result has a high application value.
