苦荞颗粒冲剂抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:研究苦荞颗粒冲剂(TBPM)对D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠氧化应激状态的影响及其作用机理。将健康的昆明雄小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、和苦荞颗粒冲剂1号低、中、高3个剂量组与苦荞颗粒冲剂2号中剂量组。饲养6周后,测定不同剂量苦荞颗粒冲剂对小鼠抗氧化酶活性、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明,摄入苦荞颗粒冲剂2号后小鼠血清和肝脏中的SOD酶活显著增加(P<0.01),肝脏GSH-px活力增加(P<0.001);摄入苦荞颗粒冲剂1号高剂量后小鼠肝脏中丙二醛的含量减少,血清和肝脏中SOD酶活显著增加(P<0.05)。苦荞颗粒冲剂具有一定的抗氧化活性。To study the antioxidant effect of tartary buckwheat power medicine(TBPM),the effect and mechanism of TBPM on oxidation were investigated by using D-galactose induced aged mice.Male KM mice(77) were divided into seven groups,saying the control group,the model group,three dosage groups with low,middle and high TBPM 1#,and the dosage group with TBPM 2#.After being fed respectively for six weeks,the effect of the different dosage of TBPM on antioxidation enzyme activity and malondialdehyde content of the mice were determined.The results showed that the intaking of TBPM Sample 2 significantly enhanced the activities of SOD in serum and liver(P〈0.01) and GSH-px in liver(P〈0.001) for the mice;the intaking of Sample 1 reduced liver malondialdehyde amount and enhanced the activities of SOD in serum and liver(P〈0.05).It is demonstrated that TBPM has remarkable antioxidation effects on aged mice.
