摘　　要：商业银行代理国库业务是人民银行经理国库业务的延伸。随着我国经济发展,代理国库在国库资金的归集入库方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是在实际工作中,由于受法律法规、监管手段、管理模式等因素的影响,对代理国库的监督管理受到严重制约。如何解决这些问题,使代理国库发挥更大的作用,成为国库监督管理的重大课题。Commercial bank on behalf of the national treasury is an extension of People＇s Bank treasury manager business. With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the national Treasury has played a significant increasingly important role. However, in practice, due to laws and regulations, means of supervision, management and other factors, the supervision and management of the treasury agents are severely constrained. How to solve these problems so that agents play a greater role in the state treasury has become a major issue of treasury supervision and management.
