摘　　要：青岛地丰大厦地下室防水采用砼结构自防水与外墙全粘贴SBS高聚物改性沥青卷材防水相结合的施工技术,主要介绍防水砼、卷材防水及穿墙管道、施工缝的施工作法。The waterproofing of the basement of Difeng Mansion in Qingdao adopts the construction technology of coupling concrete structure-self waterproofing with the whole outer wall stuck with coiled materials of SBS high polymer modified asphalt. This paper mainly presents waterproof concrete, coiled materials as well as the construction methods of wall pipelines and construction joints.
