摘　　要：本文讨论了一个随机内生增长模型,其中房屋既作为家庭的一项消费又作为生产的一个要素.在稳定状态下,内生增长率依赖于房屋偏好参数,且存在最优的房屋投资比.另外,产出的波动对福利水平和经济增长有不同的影响.We discuss an endogenous stochastic growth model in which housing play a role as a consumption for households and as an input to production.At steady state,the endogenous growth rate for economy depends on housing preference parameter,and there exists the optimal proportion of housing investment.In addition,the fluctuation of production has different effect on welfare and economic growth.
