摘 要:本文介绍了CARR堆本体中重水箱和导流箱的设计思想和解决方案。对结构进行了详细描述,分析了设计中存在的难点。参考全堆芯流致振动试验模型的设计制造和试验结果,采用三维设计软件进行参数化建模和虚拟装配,使设计更加合理和优化,同时保证了各设备之间接口的准确性,解决了设计难点。目前,施工设计已全部完成,设备正处于加工制造阶段。The design thoughts and methods for heavy water tank and Guiding tank of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)are introduced in this paper.The structures of the devices are described in detail, and the difficulties met in the design are analyzed.Based on the design & manufacture of the CARR core flow-induced vibration test model and the test results,the parametrical modeling and dummy assembling of the devices are carried out with three-dimensional mechanical design software,to improve and optimize the design,and thus to ensure the accuracy of the device interfaces,and to resolve the design difficulties.At present,the construction design is completed,and the devices are under manufacture.
