摘　　要：从江苏省竞技体育长远发展战略出发,论述了建立完整的竞技体育人才培养体系过程中如何发挥体校、中小学业余训练的作用,最大限度地挖掘人才资源,达到近期目标和长远战略的协调发展,最终为实现江苏省体育强省的总目标。From the long term of the development strategy of athletics in Jiangsu Province,the authors make an approach of how to bring the spare training in sports schools and in primary and middle schools into play in the course of setting up the complete system of cultivating the sport talents,maximally excavate the talent sources to reach the harmonious development of the immediate objective and long strategy to realize the general object of the strong province in sport.
