摘 要:MDA是脂质过氧化的重要中间产物之一,常用于表征氧化紧张.采用昆明小鼠(KMMice)研究MDA对整体动物的应激反应,考察一次性给药后小鼠的体重变化和游泳能力,结果发现:给药后10min,注射生理盐水(0.85%)能增加小鼠的体重,注射MDA(200mmol/L,0.01mL/g体重)能提高小鼠的游泳能力,二者均达到显著水平(P<0.05).这一结果对于了解氧应激疲劳和解释相关的体力恢复生化机制,具有一定的临床指导意义.Malondialdehyde(MDA) is one of the important mid-products formed by the decomposition of certain primary and secondary lipid peroxidation products,which generally shows oxidation tension.It was researched the carbonyl stress by MDA and the weight changes and swimming ability after one-off injection to KM mice.The results showed physiological saline(0.85%) could increase the mice weights and MDA(200 mmol/L,0.01 mL/g weight) could improve the mice swimming ability 10 minutes after injection,which reached the significance level(P < 0.05).These results are helpful to understand the biochemical mechanisms of oxygen carbonyl stress and correlative come back of physical strength,with important significance to guide clinical experiments.
