摘　　要：本文以电子科技大学构建基于“一校三体”的“三足鼎立”立体网格状的科技创新体系为例,探讨了研究型大学建立和完善科技创新体系的思路和方法,提出研究型大学构建新型科技创新体系必须坚持科学发展观。By illustrating the tripartite confrontation with three-dimensional netlike new innovation system of science and technology based on one university three systems in the University of Electronic of Science and Technology of China(UESTC),the thoughts and methods which are constructing and perfecting the innovation system of science and technology have been discussed.The conclusion has been gained that the research university must insist on the idea of scientific development to construct the innovation system of science technology.
