摘　　要：阐述了安钢120t转炉-炉卷轧机工程第一炉热试过程,针对连铸外方提出低氧、成分范围窄等苛刻条件,通过采取相应的工艺措施,圆满完成了第一炉钢的冶炼和浇铸,而且生产出的铸坯质量良好。This paper describes the operation procedure of the first ladle in the hot commissioning for Angang 120t converter & steckle mill project.To counter the strict condition for lower oxygen and the narrow range of chemical analysis,posed by foreign party,adopted some relevant process measurement and then successfully finished the first melting and casting,and the slab quality is good.
