摘　　要：介绍了韶钢大转炉一次拉碳不等样出钢的冶炼工艺,实践证明该工艺能有效地缩短冶炼周期,避免了由倒炉和等样产生的热量损失。针对该工艺个别炉次出现成分、温度不均匀和该工艺应用初期石灰、矿石消耗增加的情况提出了改进措施。This article introduces the one-go pouring melting process of big converter in ShaoGuan Steel.The practice has been proved that this process can shorten the tap-to-tap cycle efficiently and avoid the heat loss generated from turndown.Certain measures for improvement have been carried out for some problems of this process: non-uniform constituents and temperature of several casts,and increasing consumption of lime and ore in the primary phase of the practice.
