摘　　要：风险监测是林业生态工程建设项目可持续发展的重要内容。林业生态工程项目风险受诸多因素影响,风险监测评价指标体系应采用横向和纵向分层模式,设置反映外部风险和内部风险的指标组。建立风险预警体系可有效地监测林业生态工程项目风险。构建基于G IS技术的林业生态工程项目风险预警模型可为风险监测发挥重要作用。Risk monitoring is an important part of the sustainable development of forest ecological construction projects.Forest ecological project risk is affected by many factors.In the paper,the authors use the horizontally and vertically stratified models to establish the indicator system of risk monitoring and evaluating which includes the indicator groups of the external risks and internal risks.On the basis of the indicator system,the authors also build the risk warning system which could monitor and manage the forest ecological project risk effectively.Especially,the authors adopt the GIS technology to set up the risk warning model which would play an important role in the risk monitoring.
