摘　　要：本文论述了中国的传统保健体育应坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的观点,继承和弘扬祖国传统体育文化,全面加强素质教育,坚持健康第一的思想,屏弃唯心主义的伪科学、伪气功和封建迷信,使中国传统保健体育有利于大学生的素质教育和终身体育能力的培养和提高。This article discusses the Chinese traditional health sports should insist dialectical materialism and history only the standpoint of owner righteousness,inherit and expand traditional athletics culture in the motherland,strengthen education for all- round development campletely,persist the thought of health first,cast aside only false science,false Chi Kung and feudalism superstition of heart doctrin,make the Chinese traditional athletics be advantageous to the university student's education for all- round development with life long the development and the exaltation with ability.
