摘　　要：目的:观察干扰素α1b治疗小儿流行性腮腺炎脑膜脑炎的临床疗效。方法:60例腮腺炎脑膜脑炎小儿随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均给以常规对症支持治疗,治疗组加用干扰素α1b治疗,对照组加用利巴韦林治疗,比较两组主要症状和体征改善情况。结果:治疗组退热时间、呕吐消失时间、神经精神症状缓解时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:干扰素α1b治疗腮腺炎脑膜脑炎安全有效。[Objective]To evaluate the therapeutic effect of INF-α1b on mumps encephalitis in children.[Method]60 cases of mumps encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 30 cases.Both groups were given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment.One group were administrated IFN-α1b,and the other group were received ribavirin,then the major symptom and signs were compared.[Result]The effect of IFN-α1b was much better than that of ribavirin in recovery time of fever,emesis and nervous system symptom(P<0.01).[Conclusion]IFN-α1b theating mumps encephalitis was safe and effective.
