老年高血压患者遵医行为的调查及教育对策的研究

摘　　要：目的:提高老年高血压患者遵医行为及对高血压病知识的认知水平。方法:采用问卷调查,了解患者高血压病知识的认知水平及遵医行为,制定对策,针对性开展健康教育。结果:教育后老年高血压患者遵医行为及对高血压病知识的认知水平明显提高,教育前后比较,P<0.01差异有显著意义,同时提高了血压控制率。结论:对老年高血压患者实施健康教育可提高其遵医行为,增强对高血压特定知识的认识,改变不良的生活方式,使血压维持在稳定状态,减少并发症,提高生活质量。[Objective]To improve the behavior of following medical instructions in elderly patients with hypertension and their awareness of hypertension.[Method]Questionnaires were used to learn the awareness of hypertension and their behavior of following medical instructions.Corresponding measures and educational principles were made based on the results of investigation.[Result]The behavior of following medical instructions and the awareness of hypertension were significantly increased after education compared with before education,meanwhile the ratio of the controlling of blood pressure was increased. [Conclusion]To inform elderly patients of health education can improve their behavior of following medical instructions, increase the awareness of hypertension,change their lifestyle,stabilize the level of the blood pressure,reduce complications and improve the quality of their life.
