摘 要:目的:比较双能X线骨密度与骨定量超声的一致性,探讨胫骨定量SOS(超声速度)在骨质疏松诊断上的地位。方法:用双能X线骨密度仪测定125例来自社区50~80岁女性(平均64.1岁)腰椎及髋部骨密度,超声骨密度仪测定右胫骨中段骨密度。结果:杭州女性胫骨定量超声与双能X线骨密度测定诊断骨质疏松症的一致性检验Kappa值0.353,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论:杭州女性胫骨中段SOS与股骨上端的BMD(骨密度)有极好的一致性,应用于骨质疏松症的诊断一样有很好的可信度,可以减少辐射,避免放射损伤,且减少医疗费用,有利于早期发现病变和跟踪随访治疗结果。[Objective]To compare the identity degree between LXA(Dual energy X-ray absorption) and ultrasound in measuring bone medical density(BMD),and to study the diagnostic role of tibiae SOS(sound of speed) in osteoporosis. [Method]The BMD of lumbar and hip was measured with DXA,and the BMD of right middle tibiae was measured with ultrasound apparatus in 125 females(50 to 80 years old) with an average age of 64.1 from Hangzhou community.[Result] Kappa value of 0.353(P <0.01) was used to test the identity between tibiae SOS and DXA in osteoporosis,the differences were considered significant.[Conclusion]The identity degree of the two measurements in this study was quite high, with a very good reliability to be applied in osteoporosis,and many advantages such as reducing radioactivity,avoiding radio hurts,less medical fare,easily to find the pathological change and performing the tracking visit of curative effect.
