摘　　要：通过对黑龙江省大学生课外运动休闲现状的调查研究,发现存在的问题并提出针对措施,探索出新时期的高校体育教育工作的新思路、新方法,为提高大学生健康水平、培养大学生终身体育意识和习惯以及培养高层次建设人才提供有益的参考。With carrying out a survey of the university students'physical entertainments,we find some existing problems.As for them,we take many pointed measures and find the new methods about physical education in the universities.We make our efforts to improve the students health standard,develop their lifetime physical consciousness and habits.We hope this study will supply a reference for nurturing more high-rate construction talents.
