论如何在篮球教学中培养大学生的战术意识

摘　　要：所谓篮球战术意识是指运动员在篮球比赛中,根据比赛情况,按照一定的战术原则、目的,正确合理地运用技术和战术的主动、自觉的心理活动。它是运动员在长期实践活动中对篮球技术配合经验的积累、提炼和提高,是运动员一种正确心理和生理机能的反射性行动,是支配运动员竞赛行动的一种思维能力。本文根据篮球运动的规律和特点,结合作者多年教学训练经验,对篮球战术意识的重要性及如何培养大学生篮球运动员的战术意识进行了分析、探讨。The tactics consciousness of basketball means players in the basketball match,according to the match,according to certain tactics principle,purpose,using the initiative,conscientious psychological activities of technology and tactics correctly and rationally.It is a players accumulation 、rifining and improving that basketball technology cooperates with experience in the activity of practising for a long time,a kind of correct psychology and reflectivity action of physiological function,a kind of thinking ability of controlling player's contest and taking action.Through the training experience of combining the author and teaching for many years,the paper discusses tactics importance of consciousness and how to train university students form good tactics consciousness in basketbad matehes.
