摘 要:首先从我国电力市场的起源、电力生产调度模式的现状,结合电力市场的发展要求分析当前电力市场运营系统不足之处。根据电力市场的业务特点,以及我国电力市场发展方向提出了新一代电力市场运营系统的设计原则,一方面要满足电力市场运营的功能和性能要求,确保系统能适合当前电力市场模式;另一方面要满足电力市场不断发展的要求,适应电力市场运营模式、交易规则及交易类型变化的要求。在此基础上,设计了电力市场运营系统的模型、支撑平台、体系结构,介绍了系统遵循J2EE技术规范的技术实现方法。最后总结了新一代电力市场运营系统的关键技术,以及系统的实际应用情况。This paper analyzes the defects of electricity market operation system in used at present from the aspects of origin of electricity market, status in quo of electricity schedule mode and the development demands arisen in electricity market. The new electricity market design principals, which are presented in accordance with business characteristics and development orientation of electricity market, assures that the system functions not only could fit in with current electricity market operation mode, meet the functions and performance demands of electricity market one side, but also could satisfy the continuous developing demands and variations of operation mode, market rules and transaction types of electricity market. Hence, this paper designed the data mode, support platform and infrastructure of electricity market operation system, introduced the technical implementation of electricity market operation system based on J2EE specification. Finally, summarized the key technologies and the applications of new generation electricity market operation system.
