摘  要:本文描述了调度中心遵循IEC61970的各种自动化系统采集遵循IEC61850的变电站综合自动化系统的数据时,采集其数据模型的好处,通过两种标准规定的数据模型的比较,给出了转换模型的方法,并提出了通用模型转换标准的概念。通过实践表明,进行数据模型的采集和转换是可行的,建立通用的模型转换标准是需要的。通过数据模型的采集,可以在子站端一次维护数据模型,即时导入调度中心各种自动化系统中使用,减少维护工作量,保证各子站和主站系统模型和数据的一致性,消除安全隐患,实现厂站及设备的即插即用。建立通用的模型转换标准,可以使主站各种自动化系统之间保持模型的一致性和数据的互操作性,为电力企业建立统一的数据平台打好基础。IEC61970-based automation systems in control center can acquire real-time data from IEC61850-based automation systems in substations. This paper analyzes advantages of this data acquisition mode. By comparing data model of two standards, a model conversion method is presented and concept of a general model conversion standard is also built. Practices indicate that conversion between two data model is feasible and building a general model conversion standard is necessary. Through acquisition of data model, it is convenient for maintaining whole data models only once and importing data model to automation systems in control center, which is advantageous for guaranteeing consistency of data model between control center and substations and safety. Plug and play of substation and equipment model is expected finally. A general model conversion standard is convenient for keeping consistent models and inter-operate data between automation systems in control center. It is also foundation of building a uniform data platform for electric utilities.
