摘 要:以调度自动化系统为实际应用背景,提出将SVG(可缩放矢量图形)技术运用到地理接线图上。由于SVG是一种文本格式的矢量图形描述语言,同时也是IEC61970推荐的异构系统图形间交互的标准格式,针对地理接线图信息量大、结构复杂等特点,该技术既可以有效地降低地理接线图在网络上传输的流量,又可以作为数据载体,完成不同系统间地理接线图的互操作。本文设计和实现了一套完整的导出/导入流程,并讨论了该流程的设计思想和体系结构,所得结论已成功运用在陕西省调EMS系统中。Based in practical application of Dispatching Automation System, the application of SVG(Scable Vector Graphics) technology in geographical wiring diagram is introduced. Because SVG is a text formatting language used to describe vector graphics, and also , it is a standard commended by IEC61970, which is used as exchange format for graphics objects. Geographical wiring diagrams have large information and complex configuration , pointing to these characteristics, SVG technology can reduce the graphics' transmission flux in the network, and can be used as data carrier to accomplish graphics exchange of different systems. In this paper, an integrated Graph Output/Input flow is designed and implemented, the idea and structure of this flow is also discussed, the conclusion is applied in EMS system of Shan-Xi province.
