摘　　要：本文论述电力需求侧管理的发展概况,从单纯发展供电能力到对电力需求方进行有效管理,达到供需双方有机配合,充分合理有效地利用一次能源,达到提高电能的利用率,降低需方的电费支出,保护环境。电力需求侧管理是利国利民、促进我国经济、技术长期持续发展的科学管理方法。国外发展国家经验已充分证明了这一点,本文着重论述我国开展需求侧管理的一些建议。The paper presents the development Outline of the demand side management in our country . The paper discuss also the efficiency appliances of energys, receding costs and protecting environment for the development of supply side resource and the development of the the demand side resource. The demand side management is works of the accelerating economy and technology sustainable development. The paper gives also suggests of implementing the demand side management.
