摘 要:如何及时准确回收电费、方便用户就近缴费,是用电营销优质服务必须面对的课题,更关系到供电企业能否实现自身的经营效益并保持正常的生产经营和持续发展。针对供电企业电费回收难的问题,对建设联网实时代收电费系统的网络规划、数据通信和主要功能提出具体的解决办法,从而实现电费信息与收费数据实时交换,提高电费资金回收速度。How to charge the electrical expenses exactly in time and be convenient for consumers to pay the electrical expenses nearby is a question which we must be faced to improve good service for the electrical selling.This question is even concern if our power company can realize itself economic benefit and keep normal producing and continueous development.To the question that power company charge the electrical expenses hardly,this article advances some concrete solutions to built the internet plan of the system for charging the electrical expenses synchronismly by internet,digitial communication and main function.Though this method,we can fulfil synchronismly excharging of the electrical expenses information and the charging data,improve the speed of charging the expenses.
