摘 要:随着我国经济发展进入第十一个五年规划,电力需求侧管理的“十一五”规划也逐步展开。电力需求侧管理工作从20世纪九十年代初引入我国,在我国江苏、河北、云南等几个省份已经初见成效。然而,就我国西部各省市而言,受到地理位置和经济状况的影响,电力需求侧管理工作的开展和进行都比较缓慢,面临着特殊的困难。本文以分别位于西南地区和西北地区的四川省和宁夏自治区为代表,分析西部地区需求侧管理的现状,发现其存在的问题,结合实际工作提出了有助于西部地区进一步合理开展电力需求侧管理工作的几条建议。As the developing of the economic of china, the eleventh 'five-year plan' arriving. So the eleventh five year DSM plan has been commenced step by step. DSM entered china in 90 age of 20 century, and there has been some effect in Jiangsu province, Hebei province and Yunnan province etc. Because of geographical reasons and economical reasons, DSM in west area of China developed very slowly and faced many difficulties. In this article, take Sichuan province in southwest area and Ningxia province in northwest area as an example, the actuality of the DSM of the west area has been analyzed, and the problem of DSM work has been discovered. At last, some solutions have been put forward in order to make the DSM work of the west area much better.
