邓氏骨伤科膏药治疗股骨头坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:初步评价邓氏骨伤科膏药治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:按中药新药审批办法将200例股骨头缺血性坏死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组为口服复方丹参片组,治疗组为外用邓氏骨伤科膏药组。治疗周期均为3个月。治疗前后均进行X线平片检查和临床检查。将两组进行临床比较,从疗效以及镇痛、功能和跋行改善等方面看,两者经统计学处理有显著性差异。结果:证明在治疗股骨头坏死试验组明显优于对照组。结论:在治疗股骨头坏死邓氏骨伤科膏药明显优于复方丹参片。邓氏骨伤科膏药无毒副作用,经济实用,是一种在治疗股骨头坏死,改善症状和体征较好的药物,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective:Assess the effectiveness of Deng's Femoral Necrosis Poultice against Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head.Method:According to the traditional Chinese medicine drug approval law procedure, separate 200 Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head patients into two groups; the control group and treatment group.The control group will orally intake fu-fang-dan-shen tablet, the treatment group will receive Deng's Femoral Necrosis poultice.As the treatment proceeds, X-Rays of the two groups will then be compared as well as the effectiveness of the healing, the degree of analgesia, and the ability to walk.Using statistics, the effectiveness of the treatment of the control group and treatment group can be easily distinguished.Result:The statistics clearly confirms the superior treatment method for Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head is using Deng's Femoral Necrosis Poultice.Conclusion:Deng's Femoral Necrosis poultice is not only more effective at treating Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head than fu-fang-dan-shen tablets, but also does not cause any medical side effects.Using Deng's poultice is a highly effective treatment for Necrosis of the Femoral Head and should be widely used in clinical treatment.
