摘　　要：文中在简要介绍了PC/104和CAN总线技术特点的基础上,较详细地阐述了自动化测试仪的硬件、软件的设计及抗干扰设计。On the base of introducing briefly the features of PC/104 and CAN Bus,the paper represent detailed the desig- ning methods of hardware,software and anti-interference of the automatic test instrument.
