摘　　要：针对某种特殊构件的壳体表面带有细纹的特点,文中采用一发一收两水浸式超声聚焦探头斜入射方式检测其壳体-绝热层的粘接质量。采用带阻滤波和中值滤波相结合的方法对图像进行处理,减少了纹理造成的图像灰度起伏,从而能够准确定位脱粘块的位置和识别脱粘块的形状。To the characteristic that the surface of the case of special component has some fine threads,In the article,in order to examine minute defects,two transducers,one transmitting and the other receiving,are adopted to detect the target by means of oblique incidence,it is processed by a kind of band-rejection filter and median filter.The gray level variation is smoothed caused by textures,and the gray level becomes even.As a result,the position and shape of de- fects are detected accurately.
