门式启闭机参数化有限元分析

摘　　要：介绍了利用 VC 编制对话框界面,输入参数,自动生成 ANSYS 软件的 APDL 语言命令流,在启动的 ANSYS 中加载命令流文件,实现门式启闭机参数化有限元分析的过程。以某工程双向门式启闭机为实例,证明了这一程序实现的可行性。该方法对于结构相似但尺寸不同的门式启闭机的有限元分析具有很好的通用性,同时用于门式启闭机的结构造型、优化设计等也具有较强的实用性。This paper indroduces the way to use VC to make dialog interface,inputting the parameters,the system itself will produce the APDL program and run ANSYS automatically,the running ANSYS will adopt the APDL language and load the toolbar,then it will realize the parameterized finite element analysis of the gantry crane.A case is used to prove the feasibility of such a way.This way can be used to all the similar gantry crane,and is very useful to the optimized designation of gantry crane.
