摘　　要：财务风险是现代企业面对市场竞争的必然产物,在我国市场经济发育不健全的条件下是不可避免,因此,加强企业财务风险管理,建立和完善财务预警系统尤其必要．本文分析了影响企业发展的因素,提取了财务综合分析的主要指标,结合专家系统、财务领域专家知识、采用粗糙集、遗传算法以及神经网络等方法构建企业财务分析与预警模型系统．Financial venture is a necessity product when an enterprise facing market competition, it cannot be avoided in the condition that the market economy in the country is immature. So, the strengthening management of enterprise financial venture, constructing and improving financial warning system are especially necessary. This paper analyzed factors that effect the development of enterprises, distilled main guidelines of financial integrity analysis, combine these with expert systems, knowledge of financial expert, using rough set, genetic algorithms and neural networks, we constructed a enterprise financial analysis and warning model system.
