摘  要:为了确定战时防空导弹备件的最佳存贮量,以确保防空导弹的战备完好性,充分发挥防空导弹的作战效能,文中以部件的故障率和作战过程中的战损为出发点,对部件战损情况下的备件存贮进行了深入研究,应用存贮理论推导并确定了基于故障率和战损率的最佳库存量和库存阀值;应用排队理论对备件供应过程进行了描述,得到了基于排队理论的备件供应能力的衡量和评价指标,为战时备件的存贮和供应提供了一种新的优化思路和有效的优化方法。In order to ascertain the best stocks quantity of antiaircraft missile spares and insure the best condition for bat- tling and combat effectiveness of antiaircraft missile,the spares stocks are lucubrated based on the failure ratio and the battle damage ratio during battling at first.Then the best stocks quantity and the stock valve-value based on the failure ratio and the battle damage ratio are deduced and calculated by using stocks theory.The process of spares serve is depic- ted by using queue theory,and the serve capacity can be evaluated by using evaluation index of queue theory,It is an optimized thought and method for the stocks and serve of spares in wartime.
