对我院转型时期发展战略的思考

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国民办高等教育得到了快速发展。但由于形势发展和变化,促使各类办学形式相互竞争的现实,使现阶段中国的民办教育,特别是民办高等教育的发展到了一个兴与衰的转折时期。为此,如何在这个转型期实现跨越式发展,无疑成了当前所要思考的首要问题。本文结合我院的实际,从四个方面对转型期我院的发展战略进行了思考,以便抛砖引玉。Since the implementation of reform and opening policy, the private higher education in our country has been developing rapidly. But the change and development of the situation have resulted in the keen competition among all different types of colleges, which drivespresent private education, especially the private higher education in China to a turning point between prosperity and decline. Therefore, how to realize the transforming leap in this particular time is undoubtedly the priority to consider. In light of the present situation of our university, this text deals with the development strategies during the transforming period from 4 aspects, so as to attract valuable opinions by offering a few commonplace remarks.
