摘  要:目的:采用正交试验法优选冠心七味滴丸的成型工艺。方法:以药物与基质配比、滴制温度、冷却剂温度作为考察因素进行正交试验,用3个指标综合评定工艺的优劣。结果:滴丸最佳成型工艺条件为:以PEG4000为基质,药物与基质配比为1:2.5,滴制温度为85℃,冷却剂温度为10~12℃。结论:按优选出的成型工艺条件制备的滴丸,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。Objective:To optimize the plastic techniques of Guanxin Qiwei dropping pills by orthogonal design.Meth- otis:Using the ratio between drug and base,the temperature of making dropping pills and the temperature of cooler as affecting factors,the orthogonal test was conducted,to assess the plastic techniques good or bad in the three indexes. Results:The optimized plastic technique was as follows:PEG4000 was optimal bases,ratio between drug and base was 1:2.5,the temperature of making dropping pills was 85℃,the temperature of cooler was 10-12℃.Condusion: Using optimal technique conditions to make preparation of Guanxin Qiwei dropping pills,the dropping pills had good guality.
