三种他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的成本—效果分析

摘　　要：目的:评价3种他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的成本-效果。方法:93例高脂血症患者分为3组,分别应用阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀和洛伐他汀治疗,8wk 后比较临床疗效并进行成本-效果分析。结果:3种用药方案在临床疗效比较上无显著性差异(P>0.05),成本分别为438.00、279.81、306.89元,成本-效果比分别为526、3.43、3.84。结论:辛伐他汀从药物经济学的角度分析为治疗高脂血症的较优药物。Object:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of 3 kides of Liporegulators(Atorvastatin,Simvastatin and Lo- Vastatin)for hyperlipoidemia.Methods:A total of 93 cases with hyperlipoiclemia were assigned to receive Atorvas- tatin,Simvastatin and Lovastatin,respectively.8 weeks later,the clinical effects were compared and the cost-effec- tiveness analyses of the 3 schemes were performed.Condutions:The curative effects of the 3 schemes were of no significant differece(P>0.05),the cost of the 3 groups were 438.00yuan,279.81yuan,and 306.89yuan,respectively, the cost-effectiveness ratios were 5.26,3.43 and 3.84,respectively.CONCLUSION:Among the 3 schemes,group B (Simvastain)is the optimal one in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia,pharmacoeconomically.
