摘　　要：20世纪70年代,随着民营化浪潮在世界各国的兴起,公共产品和服务的供给主体呈现出多样化的趋势,于是法国在高速公路建设方面根据本国国情,采取了政府强烈参与,以路养路和利润再分配等一系列既带一般性又具有法国特色的公私伙伴关系供给(PPP)方式,促进了本国高速公路的快速发展。借鉴其宝贵经验,有利于我国高速公路建设的发展。Since 1970s with the privatization of public utility all over the world,there is a trend of diversification of the main body in public goods and services.So in the highway construction aspect France adopted different public and private partnership supply models,in which the government's participation was a leading factor and interests were shared again.And thus this improved highway there.It's good for the development of highway in our country to use their experience.
